The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 48 h
  • Shipping time: 15-20 days

 

Shipping to over 200 Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

 

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

 

Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

My order has the wrong delivery address. What do I do?

Quickly email support@carterr.shop to change your address. Our warehouse team are fast. If your order is collected by the courier, then it is too late. Always double check your address before paying.

Can I track where my order is?

You can track your parcel once it leaves our warehouse. Look for that email or login to your account to see the tracking details.

 

What happens if my tracking number doesn’t work?

Sometimes your tracking number is a bit slow to work. Please wait one day then try again. If that doesn’t work, then please contact our support staff (support@carterr.shop).

 

What if I am not at home for delivery? 

Usually, the courier leaves a note for you to collect your parcel from the nearest pick-up point. Only the person whose name is on the parcel can collect it. Further delivery attempts may be made. If your parcel isn’t collected, then it is eventually returned to our warehouse.

 

What happens if my order is late?

Rest assured, your parcel will be delivered even if outside the listed delivery times. You can always use the tracking information to see where your parcel is. If it is taking an unreasonable amount of time, then please email us (support@carterr.shop) with your order number and we will follow it up with the delivery company.

 

What if my parcel was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything?

This should not happen but if it does the courier might have left your parcel with a neighbour or sent it to the nearest pick-up point. The tracking link should hopefully give you more information. Please email us (support@carterr.shop) if you can’t work out where your parcel is.
